As a matter of policy, the Litigation Division of the Firm only represents Management in cases pertaining to Employee claims of re-instatement, retrenchment compensation, back wages, non-payment of gratuity, bonus, provident fund and any other dues, and also in disputes arising from various schemes and policies formulated by the Management.
